The RootsMagic 8 will run on the following operating systems.

  • Windows 7 SP1 through Windows 11
  • macOS Sierra (10.12) through macOS Monterey (12.0)

Every download will run as RootsMagic Essentials until a license key is entered to unlock the full version.
