RootsMagic 8:Open an Existing Database

To open an existing database:

1. Select the File page, then choose Open a RootsMagic file. You can:
   1. Select from any recently used files
   2. Select from any "Found Files" which RootsMagic automatically searches for in common folders (like Documents).
   3. Click the Browse for File button at the bottom of the screen to select a file with the File Open form
2. If you have just started RootsMagic, you can select the Home page, then click Open File. You will be shown the same options.
